After receiving a new camera for Christmas I was a bit nervous about banging it around in transport. This soft cover does the trick (read: peace of mind). With just a little bit of engineering prowess this could have been designed much better with a snap to remove the back cover so it could be used as more of a holster. But it functions as it should to protect the camera.

I love this product because it protects the camera. Their have been many times when I have been at a sports event for one of my children and it has started to rain and I would have to put the camera under my sweatshirt at least with this case I am able to keep it dry.

This is my first digital SLR. I am used to the old cases which attached to the tripod socket and simply flipped forward and out of the way for use. This case attaches to the camera strap and just kind of dangles there while you shoot. I don't like it, but really can't see how they could have designed it differently. The longer lens on the DSLR prevents a forward flip of the case. That being said, the case is well padded and does the job of carrying the camera safely.
