I bought this to hang pots over my kitchen sink. Very impressed at the gauge of this metal, very thick and robust. Cuisinart did a good job of hiding the weld location where the ends are joined, I can only make out a small bump. The only thing that could be improved on is hiding the mounting bolts after installation is completed. The chrome finish of the bolt and washer sticks out against the brushed stainless steel.

Also, the height is 15.9", not 5.9" as Amazon describes. I was going to return it since this is mounted on a very low ceiling, but I'm going to modify the top bracket instead so it can mount to the ceiling instead of the wall.

Received this item today. Very sturdy and well made. Quality product. No disappointments. Words of advice. Follow the install directions carefully. Item is heavy and stud installation is a must. The screws use a 7/32 drill bit. Not for all areas due to weight of item. Very pleased!

I am so sick of every toy for my son having lights, sounds, obnoxious voices rattling off ABC's, etc. Read the book "Bright from the Start" and you'll see why all of these modern toys with every bell and whistle imaginable are NOT educational and in fact probably contribute to a shortened attention span. This toy is simple, educational, and fun. Babies don't need a toy to say "1, 2, 3" to them for it to be educational. Instead they need toys like this one that teach basic cause and effect and let their imagination take over and make it even more fun.

Oh, but a word of warning... It isn't stable enough for a pre-walker to lean on it. It will fall over.

My 19-month old son got this as a Christmas gift. Supposedly it is recommended up to 36 months, but I think he will be bored of it very soon because he has a similar toy. I am not sure what "sounds and surprises" the packaging is referring to, nor do I hear the "lots of rewarding sounds." "The center button squeaks and makes a basket everytime when pushed." The latter is true, but I don't hear any squeaking. "Sturdy and stable base allows baby to touch and feel without knocking it over" - well, not exactly, especially when your child is over 30 pounds. Supposedly you can adjust the height of the "four-position post" as your child gets taller, but I can't see how that can be done. I am sure the other basketball games are better. Don't bother with this one. It's a failure product and it's not even listed on Fisher Price's website as one of their products.

It's been in the closet forever and I just pulled it out to see if he would be interested in it. Not at all. I think he would have loved it at 9 months. Now he's bored with it. Too bad it's so flimsy.

The black lights are fenominal. Everything arrived in a timely fashion and in perfect condition. However, when i tried to contact the seller on whether anything was supposed to come with to mount them i never received a response. They only come with velcro on the back which is very useless if you can't adhere one side. And if the seller happens to read this a response to my question would be greatly appreciated since you obviously don't check your e-mails all too often.

I would ONLY buy this black light if you are planning to use it in your car. One part of the plastic broke just in trying to insert the batteries this requires. Inserting the 8 batteries required was very difficult, and then the plastic cover would not close after all batteries were inside. Now they 8 batteries are actually stuck inside... this thing is a piece of junk.

Upon receiving this product it worked for about 5 seconds before the light didn't light up to full. I proceeded to inspect the product and the end cap popped off with no effort at all. I found that the one screw that was supposed to hold the end cap on was stripped and the soldered connections inside for the light bulb were broken and needed to be re-soldered. Being skillful enough myself I simply re-soldered the connections and found a larger screw to hold the end on. Overall I would rate this product as very poor quality.

With my first child (now 3.5yrs) there wasn't a whole lot of options for organic and/ or natural baby food and I had a lot more time so I made all her food (except hurricane rations). But with the addition of my second (now almost 5mths) and the need to travel a lot more I just don't have that luxury & worried about what to do. Our pediatrician suggested going ahead and offering first foods @ 4mths but I was panicked at the idea of either finding 3-4hrs to make his food or feeding him the discolored, watered out, over processed stuff. Then I found out that Plum (among others) make quality organic food with no add-ins for relatively cheap but I still didn't want to buy in bulk so I was happy to find it in a local store.

I LOVE that the "Just" line is just that - nothing but what it says on the pouch; no water, no preservatives, no gelatin NOTHING, the mangoes are nothing but organic pureed mangoes what a novel idea! Yes they are thin & runny but if you've ever pureed mangoes yourself you'd know that's their natural state anyways. I love that they make spoons specifically to fit on the pouches & that works great too but for now at least mangoes are a little too sweet in full for my son. So I mix a tablespoon or so into oatmeal & he can't get enough (literally he cries between spoonfuls because it's not coming fast enough!). And since they're pouches it's easy to pack several into a bag for a trip, open one, use a little bit then close it & it takes up no room in a small hotel refrigerator. It's a lot easier then the pureeing, straining, freezing, thawing ordeal of making it yourself, I don't have to worry about containers breaking in the freezer or diaper bag nor do I have to keep (a new) pouch cold to maintain safety.

Overall excellent product, well worth the slight extra cost!

Our 7-month-old daughter doesn't like most solid foods. She eats a few bites of everything we give her before turning up her nose at the rest. We've tried vegetables and cereals and meats and fruits (and all combinations of the above) in many different brands. We were beginning to lose hope that we'd ever get her eating significant quantities of solid foods when we tried Plum Organics Just Mangos. For the first time ever, our daughter ate an entire serving of solid food in one sitting. She ate the entire pouch, and we were astonished. Needless to say, we immediately ordered more.

The boxes inside the shipping box were covered in a heavily perfumed oil (lotion?) This scent seeped inside to the individual packages. I had to wash each package and the scent remains. Since my son eats these by sucking on the straw portion I'm hesitant to give it to him as the smell is so over powering. Amazon does not take returns on food products so beware. This is the risk of buying bulk online. What a waste!

I'm about ready to throw this in the trash. I hooked it up to my Dodge Ram 1500 then my Ford Taurus, it read codes and addresses. I even tried the Scan XL demo on my Ford. It was cool.

Now its a couple days later, and it won't simply won't connect to anything. The connection diagnostic tool on the CD just hangs. OBDWiz just hangs when I try to connect. I found a similar comment in the forums, with no resolution.

I'm sending this back to get my money back. This is $50 down the drain!

I was unhappy with the quality of the straps. I carry a lot of paperwork around for work, and I was searching for a bag that could hold up to 25 pounds on a regular basis. The straps on this bag have a thin leather connection at the base of the bag, which I've seen break on other bags I've used. I returned the item to the seller.

I wish the picture could've shown the detail of the straps so that I could evaluate it from online, instead of having to buy and return it.

This monitor works great if it is always plugged in. I can hear my son breathing in his room. When the parent unit is unplugged for longer than 30 minutes the batteries die without warning.

We're on our second child with this monitor and it's fantastic. Good quality sound, very long charge cord, and the best part is that the batteries are just regular rechargeable AA's. After about a year of use, we went to radio shack, bought some new batteries and it's good as new. However, don't plan on using the clip to clip it on yourself...it's pretty worthless...too low on the back.

EDIT: 6/26/11 We recently received a second monitor as part of a motion sensor pack that made us realize how good this monitor really is. The new one we received had awful static, to the point where we couldn't tell what was going on. This one is so quiet that you can literally hold it to your ear and listen for movement. Needless to say, we don't even with the sound monitor on the new one (still use the motion sensor) and just replaced the rechargeable batteries for the second time (in 3 years of use!) instead.

I purchased this monitor a little over a year ago (of course it's just outside the warranty period). We had problems with the rechargeable batteries in the parent unit a few months after using the unit. The unit would not hold a charge for that long. I put replacement rechargeable batteries in the unit, which helped a little. I recently had a problem with the buttons of the parent unit, though. The volume buttons are the only buttons that will turn on the unit, and the power button is useless. I don't trust this monitor in the middle of the night. I tried to contact Safety 1st through their website to try to maybe get a replacement parent unit, and I never get a reply. I even threatened to contact BBB and Dave Taylor (Safety First president). What kind of company is that???? IF I WERE ANYONE OUT THERE, I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE A SAFETY 1ST PRODUCT. I'm surprised this company is still in business with customer service like that. Figures that it's based in Canada.....

I really love this diaper bag. It's cute and has functional pockets inside and on the sides. It's easy to access the items inside although a top flap to prevent items from falling out would be better. Unfortunately, the design of the clips that fasten to the stroller pull on the inside lining of the bag so it's only a matter of time before it tears it apart (which is what happened to mine after 9 months).

These amazing cotton dish towels are actually more absorbent than classic cotton "flour sack" towels or cotton terrycloth towels! I ordered them because of the Ritz brand--Ritz makes excellent thick potholders--and Ritz came through like a champ!

The towels are what I would call "tea towel" size (17"W x 26"L after first washing), rather than "oversized", but they're actually a perfect size for drying dishes. When I washed the towels (cobalt and ming red), they proved colorfast. The colors did not bleed or run, and the color did not tint the white things I washed with them.

"Flour sack" towels have always been my favorites, but you can't dry many dishes with lightweight plain cotton towels before they get soaked through. These towels absorb much more water than plain towels before needing to be swapped out. These towels also dry thoroughly without leaving lint on the dishes. It's hard to believe that such pretty kitchen towels (almost pretty enough for guest towels) can be so effective!

Be sure to check the prices for the individual colors when you order: the sets vary in price by two or three dollars. My first order was for the least expensive, "cobalt" set in bright blue (1 solid, 1 checked plaid, 1 two-color checked, 1 blue-on-white windowpane plaid, 1 striped). Because I liked the "cobalt" set so much, I ordered a second, more expensive, "ming red" set in dark red (1 woven-textured solid, 2 fruit, 1 red-on-white windowpane plaid, 1 white-on-red windowpane plaid).

I bought this as a 3rd stroller, so didn't want to spend Bob prices. I have an UppaBaby Vista and a single Maclaren, but wanted something to use at Stroller Strides. For the money, there isn't a better stroller out there. It is agile, turns on a dime. The fold is super easy, the brake is super easy to use. The wheels pop off and on with ease. The front tire changes from swivel to locked in a single flip of a button. The blue color is vibrant and fun and it's great to push. It is huge, but I like the large canopy and generous basket. Parent organizer is a great feature, too. My daughter is 20 months, and in the 75th percentile for height, and she has several inches to go before her head would hit the canopy. She likes the mesh pockets in the wide seat and thinks it's fun to help herself to water or a snack while we are out and about. Really, really happy with this purchase!

We have been using this stroller for a bit over a year now and still love it! Very easy to push and folds nicely. The sun shade is very generous and works beautifully. I actually prefer this stroller to the Chicco Cortina we also bought when our daughter was born. She has just as much room (?maybe more) in this (Joovy) stoller, and the Joovy is easier to navigate and fold. If I had it to do again, I would just buy this stroller and an umbrella stroller. The Joovy also fits in the car more easily.

My BOB revolution jog stroller was stolen and I was looking for a cheaper replacement. For 1/2 the price, this is great stroller. The problem lies in the height. I watched the babygizmo.com review describing the back resting length for the child as 30 inches, which it is. My son just turned 2 and is in the 5th percentile for height- 5th percentile for weight, so I wasn't worried at all about the reviews that discussed the stroller being too short for many children. I have had the stroller for about 3 months and it is great. folds great, runs smoothly, great accessories that come with it. But I am figuring I have maybe another 3-6 months in this stroller and then we will be done with it. The back length is 30 inches, but the canopy (which has terrific coverage) comes out at such a sloping angle, that is takes a large chunk away from the length of the back rest. My sons head is about to hit the canopy. Hi entire height is 31 inches, so I was not worried at all about the length- but the canopy angle is so steep, it is cutting a good 8-10 inches off the back length. I thought this stroller would get me to his 4th or 5th birthday and there is no way, unless I dispose of the canopy completely. I live in southern california and we spend a lot of time in the sun, so the canopy is pretty important to me.
I am torn about the review for this item, because other than the length, it is a great stroller. i wish there was some way to adjust the canopy to come out at a higher angle, to buy me some more time with it.....

Notice how the specs are rated at 14.4 volts. No ones car runs at this voltage.
Really your cars alternator puts out 13.8 at best. So in reality your playing this amp at 13.0 - 13.8 volts. So instead of 500 watts your getting about 350w. This amp is overrated. Also this amp cannot run under 4 ohms. At 2 ohms it will over heat and shut down. 4 ohms is the lowest you can go. If you match this with a sub thats rated about 300 watts you'l be happy with it. Very cheap tho, so its okay. If you got the extra cash go for a real amp like a JL 500/1 or 1000/1

THIS AMP ISNT 1 OHM STABLE FOR SURE. DONT LET THEM LIE TO YOU. JUST GOT A KICKER 10DX1000.1 AND IT PUSHES THOSE 12'S LIKE THERE IS NO TOMORROW. WOULDNT SUGGEST THIS AMP FOR 1 OHM. MAYBE 2.

First off i ordered this item as my very first car amp as I have never done anything like this before so I am not an expert by any means. When I began to research a amp for my 2 12" JBL gt5 I was looking for a big and powerful beast to match my needs. This amp meets all my needs for power and reliability. Its fan helps keep it cool as I run it at 2 ohms. Note if you run at 2 ohms make sure the amp can breathe. The amp itself is a monster and never faults in power. It's one of the best amps for the money and defiantly the most power to money ratio. (except for cheap boss amps that suck and can't run near what they say.) this amp can do everything it says. The one and only drawback is the size of this monster. It's huge! If your doing all of this in a tight space then make sure you have a good spot picked out before you buy this. I am adding my subs and amp to my truck. As everyone knows trucks do not have a lot of room in the back like most cars but I have a spot picked out. Overall I give 4.5 stars. It would be a 5 if it was a little smaller. But for the price i can't complain. Buy this amp if you want power but not if your looking to cram it all into one spot.

While our Honda Pilot has three rows of seating, we needed to use part of the third row and this limited our space for cargo. I narrowed my choice down to Thule and SportRack. I decided to go with Thule based on their reputation, other reviews, and the two-sided access. The other contributing factor was our Pilot had roof rack side rails but lacked cross bars. Thule's Thule Complete CrossRoad System, which I also purchased, is compatible with our vehicle and established a solid base for the cargo box.

Installation. Having a cargo box that opens on both sides is a feature that not only comes in handy for access to your cargo but also made installation easier for access to the QuickGrip(tm) mounting system -- essentially four large dials located on the interior corners of the cargo box. Turning the dials opens or closes the exterior rubber coated claws, which secures to the cross bars. After proper measurements are made installation is a cinch.

Travelling with cargo. We stored one fully loaded 35" REI Wheely Beast Rolling Duffel, a Samsonite hardside suitcase, on loaded gym bag, a beach umbrella, and a stroller into the cargo box. Following Thule's guidelines, I made sure the weight was properly disturbed, with the heaviest luggage in the center of the cargo box. Like my Thule Complete CrossRoad System, the cargo box also locks for added security. I've found the aerodynamics of the cargo box minimized wind noise and I didn't experience any noticeable affects on our fuel economy. There was some additional wind noise but it wasn't enough for the family to notice. After a total of 30 hours (15 hours down to Florida and back) on the road, I'm glad I made this purchase. We drove through a few rainstorms, high winds, and bumpy roads but our cargo was safe and sound in the cargo box. I can't wait to use it for our next big trip. I've just ordered the Thule 571 Roof Mount Cargo Box Storage Lift for stashing the cargo box away in our garage between trips.

Dislikes. I don't have any major dislikes but the profile is very sleek and the front of the cargo box is significantly more slim than the rest of the box. This must be considered when packing cargo in the box. If something too high is stored closer to the front the top lip of the cargo box will not overlap properly, and could cause unnecessary wind noise and may allow some water (not much) to seep inside the cargo box during rainstorms. I had this problem on the trip down but re-distributed my luggage to avoid the same problem on the return trip. I also noticed the flimsy gaskets around the locks came off after a few opens. I'm not sure what purpose they serve but have not had any resulting leaks.

Overall, I'm more than happy with the 687BXT Atlantis 1800 Rooftop Cargo Box and I now understand the popularity of the Thule brand. I also can't help but notice how good the shiny black box looks on top of our black Honda Pilot.

Recent experience had proven our 2010 Jetta TDI Sportwagon was a little short on space for a family of four on long road trips. One solution would be to replace the vehicle with a larger mini-van or SUV (and to dole out an extra $15-20k plus the endless hit in fuel mileage), or to solve the space problem with external storage. The latter was the easy choice. The Thule Atlantis 1800 is both attractive and aerodynamic, and offers more than enough extra space to pack away all the bulky (but lighter) items. Clothes, diapers, blankets and shoes fit neatly in the carrier - enough extra to fill a two-week vacation road trip requiring only one wash day during the trip (on day 10).

The 1800 proved to be a near perfect match for our Jetta Sportwagon in terms of relative external dimension as well. The shape compliments the lines of the wagon and looks like it was designed specifically for the car. The critical fitment areas of concern are the rear spoiler when the hatch is opened, and the satellite antenna near the back of the roof. I opted for aftermarket cross-bars, which once installed initially looked like they wouldn't allow the carrier to completely clear the antenna (due to the fact they are lower profile than the VW racks - which run around $280). However, the $85 aftermarket racks (purchased on Amazon as well) worked perfectly and proved to be as sturdy as any cross-bars I've seen to date.

Our TDI wagon typically averages 41mpg at 70mph (no wind and flat grade). The Diesel mileage drops to about 39 at 75mph). Over a 5300 mile trip averaging a little over 73mph (there were states with a 75mph limit) the car averaged 34 mpg. This included strong quartering headwinds and varying grades. TDIs can be very mileage sensitive, and this result was better than I expected.

The upside is I was able to expand the useable cargo space of my relatively compact wagon without breaking the bank - in terms of initial cost or fuel mileage. My car has a day job, and that job is to save on fuel costs. I wasn't willing to sacrifice long-term, daily use fuel efficiency for the occasional convenience of having the extra space of a mini-van or SUV. The Thule 1800 was the right fit for increasing cargo space for medium to long road trips - and did so without killing the fuel mileage. The roof-top cargo box also doesn't require any extra parking space or backing skills required when using a box on a hitch.

The down side is the overall weight restrictions of a roof-top carrier - 110lbs in this case. However, in our situation this was more than enough for bulky items, and freed the cargo space for the heavier items.

I researched boxes pretty thoroughly before purchasing this one for my 99 Grand Cherokee. Originally I wanted a box made here in the US, so I assumed Yakima as they are based in Oregon. However, I soon found out that they are based in Oregon but all boxes are made in Asia and then shipped here, while the Thule Boxes are all made here in the US! Box was delivered today via Pilot Freight Services at no charge with my Amazon Prime. It took me longer to open the box and read the instructions (just to be safe) then it did to install the box. You open the cargo box, loosen 4 knobs, put the box on your car, and tighten the knobs. No assembly whatsoever required. I never write reviews but this one was just well deserved. Amazing, Easy to Install, well worth the price box. Highly recommended.
